What you will do
Your mission is to support the smooth operation of our robotic autonomous parking valet service at London Gatwick Airport, as part of our UK team.
- Supervise the movements of our robot, "Stan", on site, monitoring and ensuring the continuous improvement of our services;
- Ensure consistent adherence to the operations schedule;
- Maintain rigorous documentation of activities (writing up reports, daily checks, customer feedback);
You are responsible for supporting the customer by:
- Supervising passenger operations;
- Providing on-site user support;
- Ensuring the service and workspace remain presentable;
- Provide cover for the service during operational hours (late at night, early in the morning, and at weekends);
You will also run the operation:
- Monitoring and adjusting the schedule in real time;
- Applying operational support procedures;
- Keep the space tidy, clean, and keep and up to date inventory.
