The Company

Already seeing strong growth with several key accounts (car parking providers), Stanley Robotics has raised equity from big name investors and is rolling out in 2019 several large-scale projects.
We are based in the centre of Paris, in the 11th arrondissement.

Job Description

Ce que vous allez faire

Rattaché à la responsable recrutement, votre mission sera de trouver les futurs collaborateurs de Stanley Robotics.

Votre rôle:

  • Rechercher les profils adéquats via différents canaux (CVthèques, base de données, sites emplois, linkedin...);
  • Cibler les recherches par les entreprises et/ou mots clés pouvant abriter le profil recherché;
  • Identifier les profils en adéquation avec les critères de recherche;
  • Publier les offres sur les différents job boards;
  • Proposer des solutions sur la recherche de candidats;
  • Support à l'équipe RH.

What you will do

Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will find the futur Stanley Robotics collaborators.

Your role

  • Look for the adequat profiles by different way (CV database, job boards, linkedin...);
  • Target the candidates research by firm and/or key words in order to find the desired profile;
  • Identify the profiles according to the research requirements;
  • Publish the job offers on different job boards;
  • Propose solutions on the candidate's research process;
  • Support to the HR team.

Preferred Experience

Votre profil:

  • Master en ressources humaines ou équivalent - en stage de fin d'études;
  • Bon niveau en anglais (écrit/oral);
  • Vous êtes curieux et vous avez envie d'apprendre;
  • Vous faites preuve d'une bonne organisation et de rigueur.
